📣 The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has published the list of recipients of state educational grants for the 2025–2026 academic year!

🔹 Notably, this year, 2,140 ethnic Kazakhs (Kandas) have been awarded state educational grants, granting them the opportunity to pursue higher education at universities across Kazakhstan. This marks a significant measure of support for young people seeking to strengthen their ties with their historical homeland.

🛠 As per the directive of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, 60% of the allocated grants have been directed toward engineering and technical specialties. This represents a concrete step toward preparing qualified professionals for key industries vital to the country’s future.

🌍 Additionally, under the framework of the "Serpin" program, more than 2,000 young people have enrolled in leading universities in the northern, eastern, and central regions of Kazakhstan. Ethnic Kazakhs are also actively participating in the program.

📊 In total, over 77,000 grants were allocated this year, with 99% of them utilized. The competition received approximately 113,000 applications.

🛡 Special quotas and benefits have been provided for socially vulnerable groups and gifted youth. Furthermore, 2,010 grants were allocated to citizens who have completed military service.
