Applications for the “Täuelsızdık Ūrpaqtary” Grant 2025 Continue

Kazakhstan continues to accept applications for the competition for the “Täuelsızdık Ūrpaqtary” grant, established by the Head of State.

The purpose of awarding the grant is to provide state support for new initiatives and ideas aimed at forming a community of active and creative youth.

In 2025, 30 grants of 3 million KZT each will be awarded at the national level.

Any citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged between 14 and 35 (inclusive) may apply for the grant. The grant is awarded on a competitive basis for the implementation of projects in six areas:

“Science” – for the implementation of new scientific projects and research;

“Culture” – for projects aimed at promoting Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage and advancing national cultural traditions and arts;

“Information Technology” – for the development and implementation of new IT solutions and projects;

“Business” – for the implementation of new business ideas;

“Media” – for the implementation of new media projects, including projects focused on creating educational, useful, and engaging content for youth;

“Volunteering” – for the implementation of volunteer projects aimed at addressing pressing social issues.

List of documents required to participate in the competition (in the state and/or Russian language):

  1. Competition application form according to Appendix 1 (PDF format);

  2. Project description according to Appendix 2 (Word format);

  3. Video (no longer than 60 seconds) or a project presentation (no more than 10 slides);

  4. Draft budget according to Appendix 3 (Word format);

  5. Information on intellectual property (if applicable, PDF format);

  6. Copy of ID card or birth certificate (PDF format).
