The branch of Hochschule Anhalt, a German university, hosted at Energo University, has opened admission for bachelor’s degree programs. For applicants who successfully pass the competitive selection process, 100 state grants will be available.
The Almaty branch of Anhalt International University is accepting applications for two academic tracks: Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. These programs have been selected in line with the current demands of the labor market. Graduates who successfully complete their studies will receive dual diplomas – both German and Kazakhstani.
The branch provides students with comfortable learning conditions. Classrooms and research laboratories are equipped with modern technologies and instruments, enabling practical and laboratory sessions in electronics, biomedicine, and IT.
“This is a major initiative for Kazakhstani youth eager to gain knowledge. Now, without leaving the country, it is possible to obtain a degree from one of Germany’s leading universities and receive a high-quality engineering education,” noted Jörg Bagdahn, President of Hochschule Anhalt.
The academic process follows certified European educational programs. Lectures are delivered by qualified professors and researchers invited from Germany. The bachelor’s program also includes German language studies.
“Cooperation with Hochschule Anhalt is a strategic direction for Energo University. We are creating a platform that provides students access to the best educational practices of Europe without leaving Kazakhstan,” emphasized Gani Nygyemetov, Rector of Energo University.
It is worth noting that the branch of one of Germany’s leading universities of applied sciences was established with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Consulate General of Germany in Kazakhstan.
