The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the launch of a series of online seminars for newly elected members of Public Councils.

The objective of the training is to strengthen the professional competencies and institutional capacity of Public Councils, which serve as a key mechanism for civic engagement in the development and implementation of public policy.

The training program consists of 11 thematic online seminars covering the core areas of Public Council activities, including: legal foundations of Public Councils; procedures for public oversight; ethics and accountability; effective interaction with government bodies; development of personal competencies; quality of citizen appeal review; public communication; and sharing of best practices.

The seminars are delivered in both Kazakh and Russian and feature leading experts in public administration, law, and civil society development.
