Qazalem is a web platform created in accordance with the decree of the President of Kazakhstan to unite the compatriots abroad.

The platform provides news, an encyclopaedia about Kazakhstan, a map of diasporas and associations, booking services at embassies and consulates, and an SOS module. Legal counselling and registration in the Kandas database for compatriots planning to immigrate are available to users.

The site is available in four languages: Kazakh, Russian, English, Chinese.

"Metaalem" and "Yurt" projects have been implemented. Future plans include a virtual legal office, a job module, a video tutorials section, submission of applications for training, contests and events, as well as registration for them through the platform.

Qazalem is not just a platform, but an online service aimed at strengthening the connection between the state and compatriots abroad, providing support and solutions to their pressing issues.
