At present, despite the difficulties associated with the spread of the COVID-19 virus around the world and in Kazakhstan, the Otandastar Foundation Kandastar Information Support Center continues its work.
Thus, despite the difficult situation in 2020, the Information Support Center was able to help 5065 people in a year. In particular, the number of people who came to the front offices in the regions of the country was 3840, of which 1103 people called the call center at 1404. In addition, 222 people contacted the Center through various social networks and other means of communication.
The main questions of compatriots related to the acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtaining a permit, social assistance in the amount of 42,500 tenge during the pandemic, as well as resolving issues of providing educational grants and housing.
Most of our compatriots came from Mongolia, China and Uzbekistan. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Russia and other countries also asked questions.
