From 24 to 29 November 2020, the project Week of Kazakh Culture in Omsk (Online / Offline), organized by the Omsk regional public organization "Kazakhs of Omsk", started in Omsk, Russia. The event took place in Omsk, Historical Park “Russia. My story". Within the framework of this project, November 26 was dedicated to the Kazakh cultural and business house "Abai" - Otandastar Day.

 NJSC "Otandastar Fund" together with the Omsk regional public organization "Kazakhs of Omsk" and the RPO "World Association of Kazakhs" in an online format on the platform "ZOOM" within the Kazakh cultural and business house "Abai" held a day dedicated to Otandastar on November 26.

The event was attended by the vice-president of the Otandastar Foundation, Magauiya Sarbasov, the advisor to the central office of the World Association of Kazakhs NGO Karlygash Khozhamurat, the general manager Serik Abdualiev, as well as representatives from Omsk.

As part of the event, the following were organized:

- a concert with performances on national instruments (dombra, kobyz and zhetygen): performance on the dombra of Saule Zhanpeisova, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, famous for her performance of the traditional genre; performance at the kobyz of the master of art history in the lesson "Gylkobyz kyrenu", senior teacher Gulzhan Mastakhim; performance at Zhetygen by the President of the Zhetigen Zertteu Academy, Master of Art of Venus Tabys;

- course on Kazakh health-improving gymnastics "Aykune" under the guidance of instructor Nazerke;

- training on the dombra under the guidance of the leader - teacher of the "Dombra" department of the Kazakh National University of Arts Tapenov Daulet Tursynkhanuly;

- a master class on folk art: types of national ornaments, their application to fabric and methods of their application in patchwork products. Leading - a designer-fashion designer with 26 years of experience in the field of garment production, ethno-designer, "Honorary Designer" of the Eurasian Union of Designers, winner of the national award "Dustur", Academician of the National Academy of Design, owner of the badge "Honorary Designer", director of the training center " Hazifa sheberlik mektebi ”, head of the school of mastery of compatriots Mukhametkali Kazip Kalikyzy;

- presentation of projects of the World Youth Organization "Zhas Kazak";

- within the framework of the project "Kazakhtyk ulttyk taqamdary - uly dala brands", the director of the company "As-Argau", the head of the healthy lifestyle project of the ECO brand Onerkhan Sansyzbay on the theme of Kazakh national dishes (baursaks, beshbarmak, kumys);

- Kazakh cuisine: baursaks, beshbarmak, kumis. Presentation of Dastarkhan LLC;

- Master class from Omsk masters.
