On behalf of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an online class in the Kazakh language was launched in Novosibirsk, Russia, organized by the Otandastar Foundation.

On October 10, coordinator of projects of the Otandastar Foundation Didar Bolat, chairman of the Kazakh cultural center Otan Orynkul Nastusheva, head of the department for supporting compatriots abroad Alzhan Sharipov and teacher of the Kazakh language Zlikha Baibosynova took part in the official online opening.
