The event was organized by the “Otandastar” Foundation” NPJSC, as well as the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States represented by the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of San Francisco.

The forum was attended by the managing partner of Smart Advisory LLP, the director of the QazAngels venture fund – Ruslan Rakymbay, who moderated the business forum, the head of the ABC-I2BF Seed Fund venture startups promotion fund – Anuar Seyfullin, the founder and director of Happycake Global – Askhat Soltanov and representatives of the Kazakh diaspora in the USA. They discussed in detail the mechanisms of interaction, stimulation of business initiatives and support for startups. During the event, Advisor to the President of the Foundation – Bolat Didar, acquainted the forum participants with the main activities of the Foundation, as well as the plan to create a network of business houses and cultural centers around the world that are part of one of the main projects of the Kazakh cultural business house. At the end of the forum, the adviser to the president of the fund invited compatriots living in the United States to actively participate in identifying representatives of the business house and the cultural center of the Kazakh house, as well as participants in the meeting for the first compatriots forum, which will be held in November in Nur-Sultan.

Business forum in the USA, the third after the forum in Munich and Istanbul in June and July. With such compatriots living in different countries, 8 such meetings are planned (Germany, the USA, Great Britain, Sweden, China, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Russia), the next Business Forums will be held on September 10, 2019 in Beijing (China), 10 September 12-12 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), September 12-14 in London (Great Britain).
