On September 15, 2020, an online video conference was organized on the topic "Ways to solve the most pressing problems among kandastars".

The event, initiated by the "Foundation Otandastar" and the world Association of Kazakhs, took part the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on development of interethnic relations of the Ministry of information and social development of Kazakhstan Yerkin Bisembaev, head of the Department of consular service of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar From, head of the Department of monitoring of migration processes by the Ministry of labour and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Dastan Aytkulov, head of citizenship, immigration and emigration Committee of the migration service of the Ministry of internal Affairs Gani Timerbaev, chief expert of the Committee on public services of the Ministry of innovation and aerospace industries Azat Satybaldy, as well as representatives of the Front office "of the Fund Otandastar" and cadaster.

During the online meeting, the problems faced by kandastars coming to the country were discussed and ways to solve them were discussed. Participants of the meeting shared their opinions, asked questions and received detailed advice from experts.
