The Otandastar Foundation organized an online videoconference Forum Kandastar with the participation of ethnic Kazakhs living in Turkey. The event was attended by the head of the department for work with the Kazakh diaspora of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Karibay, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhalgas Balgozhin and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC" KazakhInvest "Marat Yessenov, as well as a representative of JSC" NC " KazakhInvest "in Turkey Nurlan Akhmetov.

During an online meeting with the Kandastar abroad, issues of the Kazakhs' stay in Turkey were discussed, business projects and plans were discussed, and proposals for cooperation between the two countries were also expressed.

It should be noted that following the event, KazakhInvest's representative in Turkey, Nurlan Akhmetov, will work with Erol Yolchi, Ertolkyn Gairatulla from Istanbul and Akmaral Gabdieva from Antalya to attract large entrepreneurs living in Turkey. In addition, the proposal of Mr. Ertolkyn Gairatulla to open a "Kazakh cultural and business center" in Istanbul and Ankara will be supported, and a letter will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan based on the minutes of the meeting.
