Our compatriots were able to study under the state educational order at the preparatory departments of higher educational institutions. To this end, in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 2018 No. 199 for the 2020-2021 academic year, 1,300 places were allocated in educational organizations funded from the Republican budget for the training of persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the preparatory Department of higher educational institutions.

A letter was also sent to the Ministry of foreign Affairs for delivery to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
