On July 23, 2020, the Otandastar Foundation held an online video conference to explain to our compatriots how to receive social benefits from the state in the amount of 42,500 tenge for citizens who have lost income due to quarantine restrictions.

The event was attended by the coordinator of the Citizens Information Support Center Bolat Zauyt, representatives of the company's front offices in the regions and the head of the migration monitoring department of the Committee on Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection Dastan Aitkulov.

During the meeting, the coordinator of the Center for Information Support for Compatriots Bolat Zauyt reported on "the impact of the epidemic in the country on the social status of our compatriots and migration."

In turn, the head of the migration monitoring department Aitkulov Dastan Askarovich spoke about "Conditions for receiving social benefits in the amount of 42,500 tenge and specific algorithms for their submission", "Types of benefits from the compulsory social insurance fund."

Our compatriots who took part in the videoconference asked questions and shared their questions on the topic "Ethnic Kazakhs who do not have citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who have the status of relatives, as well as the requirements for participation in these social programs of our compatriots who came to study in Kazakhstan."

The online meeting was attended by about 50 people. In addition, the videoconference was broadcast live on social networks like instagram and facebook to reach as many people as possible.
