On 17 July 2026, Otandastar Qory and DARHAN RADIO, an international digital audio platform of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The primary objective of the Memorandum is to strengthen ties with Kazakhs living abroad, promote the Kazakh language, culture and national values, and enhance joint efforts to develop a unified information space for Kazakh communities around the world.

DARHAN RADIO is an international digital audio platform available in 185 countries. The platform brings together music and thematic audio channels, original programmes and podcasts, aiming to create a modern space for information exchange and cultural communication among Kazakh communities across the globe.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties intend to implement joint initiatives in the fields of information, culture and education. These include promoting the activities of Kazakh communities abroad, raising awareness of company's initiatives, producing joint podcasts and special programmes, supporting youth initiatives, as well as implementing international cultural and educational projects.

In addition, the cooperation provides for promoting the achievements and experience of successful Kazakhs living abroad, strengthening interaction among representatives of the Kazakh diaspora, and creating favourable conditions for information exchange through digital platforms.

This partnership will contribute to strengthening ties with Kazakhs living abroad and promoting Kazakhstan's cultural and spiritual values at the international level.
