A festive literary evening titled "Zhyr bolyp soqqan zhurek" (A Heart that Beat as Poetry) was organized at Kazakh School No. 14 in the village of Terikuduk, Kanimekh district, Republic of Uzbekistan, to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh poet, Mukagali Makataev.

The primary goal of the literary evening was to introduce the younger generation to the life and work of Mukagali Makataev, to increase students' interest in poetry, and to foster a love for national spirit and literature.

During the event, a quiz competition titled "Test Your Knowledge" was held, focusing on the poet’s life path and creative legacy. Additionally, students competed in a poetry recitation contest, showcasing their creative talents through expressive readings of Mukagali’s poems.

Students who actively participated in the competitions won prizes and were honored with special awards and letters of appreciation.
