According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 18,639 applications were processed through the portal in 2025. The total number of registered users amounts to 18,303 people.

According to the ministry, the most in-demand services on the portal include obtaining ethnic Kazakh status, internal resettlement, employment, and social support issues.

In addition, 6,928 applications were submitted for granting “Kandas” status, of which 3,859 were approved. A total of 5,508 applications were submitted for agreements on the intention to sign an employment contract, while 1,856 people applied under the regional resettlement quota.

Meanwhile, 1,330 people submitted applications for relocation subsidy payments.

Representatives of the ведомство noted that the portal, through modern digital solutions, simplifies interaction between government agencies and citizens and also implements business processes aimed at attracting foreign labor.
