On November 4, 2025, a meeting with representatives of Kazakh organisations operating in Türkiye was held at the office of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Otandastar Qory.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Fund of Kazakh Turks Ilyas Saka, founders of the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi Education and Charity Foundation Arif Avci and Ibrahim Mutlu, as well as Chairman of the Public Foundation Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Kazakhstan Nurzhan Zhankarayev.

During the meeting, the participants discussed issues related to strengthening cooperation with overseas Kazakhs, supporting compatriots, and preserving their national identity. Particular attention was given to initiatives aimed at promoting the Kazakh language, culture, and traditions — including the opening of a kindergarten with Kazakh as the language of instruction, the organisation of dombra music classes, and the simplification of procedures for obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan for ethnic Kazakhs living abroad.
