Youth of Turkic Countries and Representatives of the Otandastar Qory Discussed Expanding Cooperation with Uzbekistan’s Key Government Body
- On June 18, 2025, in Tashkent, participants of the 3rd Forum of Youth of Turkic Diasporas and representatives of the Otandastar Qory NJSC held an official meeting with Kahraman Ramatullaevich Sariev, Chairman of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

- The meeting aimed to strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation among Turkic countries, enhance youth policy, and discuss effective models for engaging with diaspora communities abroad.

- In his remarks, Mr. Sariev highlighted the wide range of opportunities currently being provided by the state for young people in Uzbekistan. He emphasized that these opportunities are not merely formal in nature, but have meaningful substance and tangible impact. He expressed gratitude to young people who are actively taking advantage of them. Mr. Sariev also drew attention to the deep historical and spiritual ties between Turkic peoples, noting that political and administrative borders should not interfere with cultural and spiritual unity.

- He voiced his openness to listening to the youth and engaging in honest dialogue, stating his readiness to support youth-led initiatives. He also underscored the importance of regularly holding such discussion platforms to foster exchange and cooperation.

- Forum participants, in turn, shared their own experiences and proposed several project ideas aimed at enhancing diaspora, cultural, and informational collaboration among Turkic nations. Opportunities for deepening bilateral relations through academic, creative, professional, and digital initiatives led by youth were actively discussed.

- The meeting was marked by a spirit of mutual understanding and partnership. Both sides expressed their intent to continue joint efforts in organizing international youth programs, cultural forums, and other collaborative events in the future.
