On June 9, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Bishkek between the "Otandastar Qory" of the Republic of Kazakhstan and "the Assembly of the Peoples of Kyrgyzstan".

The memorandum emphasizes comprehensive support for developing and strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two nations, as well as preserving their spiritual and cultural affinity.

The document was signed by Mr. D. Kadyrov, President of the Otandastar Qory, on behalf of Kazakhstan, and Mr. A. Matubraimov, Chairman of the Assembly, on behalf of Kyrgyzstan.

The solemn event was also attended by Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Mr. R. Zhoshybayev, and Chairwoman of the Association of Kazakhs in Kyrgyzstan, Ms. H. Bolotova.

During the visit of "Otandastar Qory", a meeting was also held at the Abai Cultural Center in Bishkek with representatives of the local Kazakh diaspora to discuss ways to enhance cultural and spiritual ties between the two countries.
