Delegation of NJSC Otandastar Qory Held Business Meetings in Japan

  • On November 25, a delegation from the NJSC Otandastar Qory led by its president Daniyar Kadyrov, held a series of important meetings in Japan.

  • In Tokyo, the delegation met with Nobutaka Kondo, head of the department for cooperation with ethnic Japanese within the Latin America Division of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). During the meeting they discussed the best practices of work with ethnic Japanese, possibilities of realization of cultural and humanitarian projects. They also considered the prospects of experience exchange between NJSC Otandastar Qory and JICA, as well as the organization of joint projects in the future.

  • In Yokohama, the delegation met with Katsuyuki Tanaka, chairman of the Japanese Diaspora Association. The discussion focused on supporting the cultural and social life of the Kazakh diaspora in Japan and strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.  

  • The president of the NJSC Otandastar Qory highly appreciated the hospitality and interest of the Japanese side in cooperation. He noted the importance of Japan's experience in working with diasporas for Kazakhstan and emphasized that experience exchange in this area would benefit both parties.

  • These meetings will undoubtedly provide a new impetus for the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Japan, as well as for the strengthening of ethnic ties.
