Nazym Kyzaibay clinches the bronze medal at the 2024 Olympic Games

Nazym Kyzaibai, a key figure in the Kazakhstan Olympic Team, secured the bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as reported by Olympic.kz.

The Kazakh boxer advanced to the semifinals in the women’s 50kg category. In the semifinal bout, she faced off against the reigning World Champion, Wu Yu from China. Yu took control of the match by winning the first round with a score of 4:1 and went on to dominate the second round with the same score. In the final round, the Chinese athlete showcased her strength once again, clinching a 4:1 victory and ultimately winning the bout.

As a result, Kyzaibay concluded her Olympic journey with a well-deserved bronze medal.
