Kazakhstani boxer Nurbek Oralbay clinched the silver medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, competing in men’s 80 kg event.

In the gold medal event, he faced Oleksandr Khyzhniak from Ukraine. The first round ended with a score of 3:2 in favor of his opponent. Nurbek fought back strongly in the second round, winning with a score of 3:2.

However, the decisive round favored the Ukrainian boxer (5:0), leading to his victory by split decision.
