On May 23, the President of the “Otandastar Found" NJSC Daniyar Kadyrov met with the leadership of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) in Moscow. 

The event was attended by the head of Rossotrudnichestvo Yevgeny Primakov and diplomats of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation. 
During the meeting, the parties expressed their opinion on the draft memorandum of mutual cooperation, which is being prepared for signing, and agreed to develop a joint work plan.
