- On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the international newspaper TÚRKISTAN, NJSC “Otandastar Qory” and the international newspaper TÚRKISTAN announce an essay competition among children of ethnic Kazakhs living abroad.

- Conditions of the competition:
- – Children of ethnic Kazakhs living abroad aged 12-17 years can participate in the competition.

- Requirements for essay:
- – The participants should give priority to what they imagine when they think about Kazakhstan, how they see the future of the country;
- – Essays are accepted in Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
- – The essay must be at least 2.5 pages (approximately);
- – Font size - 14, Times New Roman;
- – The original poems can be used in the essay;
- – The essay must be sent in PDF format to oq.govkz@gmail.com by May 15, 2024. Along with the essay, it is also necessary to send the full name, photo, age and country (city) of the participant.

- The 10 best participants will receive FREE TICKETS to the summer ethnic camp “Jas Qazaq” in 2024. Out of the winner ten essays, three of them will be published in the paper version of the international newspaper “TURKISTAN”, and the remaining seven works will be published on the official website. In addition, the winners will receive special prizes from TURKISTAN team.

- ATTENTION: The citizens of Kazakhstan and participants who took part in summer camps organized by the Otandastar Qory in 2019, 2022, 2023 are not eligible to participate in this competition.
