Professor of the Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after A. Margulan, head of the educational program “Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education” Baglan Zhaparova visited Mongolia on a working trip as part of external academic mobility.

On the initiative of the director of the regional branch of Bayan-Ulgii of the Mongolian State University of Education, PhD Dr. Khinalgan Zhylkaidar, Professor Baglan Magaukyzy will give lectures on children's literature for students of the educational program "Primary Education". At the same time, he organizes career guidance work with students.

As a result of this meeting, it is planned to develop and establish closer cooperation between the two higher education institutions. For example, work is now underway on a double degree program in such educational programs as “Pedagogy and methods of primary education” and “Preschool education”. This is an option to study under the educational programs of two partner universities. For this purpose, Zhylkaidar Khinalgan created a working group, which consists of professors and teaching staff. A diverse discussion between the participants will allow us to solve all the existing problems in this project. Issues of work on external academic mobility were also discussed.

The double diploma project has shown its effectiveness today, as evidenced by global experience in the field of education. This is a unique opportunity for students living abroad and for Kazakh students who have decided to connect their future with our country. Therefore, perhaps in the future two universities will implement this project. If the project is successfully implemented, Kazakh students living in Mongolia, or Kazakh students who will travel to Mongolia for work, will have the opportunity to use their double diploma. Bachelor's students will study in Mongolia for the first two years and in Kazakhstan for the remaining two years.
