The process of issuing permit forms for the type Uzbekistan to/from third countries for international road transport of goods has been simplified
On April 13 of this year, the first car crossed the border between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan using a digital permit form.
Representatives of the Ministries of Transport of both countries have launched an electronic exchange of permit forms.
Permission forms for the transportation of goods to/from third countries in electronic form will be issued at the Atameken, B. Konysbaeva, Kazygurt, Kaplanbek and Tazhen checkpoints upon the actual arrival of vehicles at the state border.
This significant event in the history of road transport in both countries will significantly simplify logistics processes and make cargo transportation more efficient. Such innovations will help reduce time and avoid problems with waiting and speculation.
For reference:
Acceptance of applications for the issuance of electronic permits to domestic carriers will be carried out by territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the automated electronic queue system CarGoRuqsat if there is:
1) registration in the electronic queue system;
2) documents for vehicles;
3) certificates of admission with/without the use of a foreign permit;
4) access cards for vehicles with/without the use of a foreign permit;
5) payment to the budget of the amount of the fee for leaving the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
