The “Digital Power of Attorney of a Legal Entity” service is available in the “eGov Business” application

A service for issuing a Digital Power of Attorney for a legal entity is available in the eGov Business mobile application.

This service significantly simplifies and speeds up the process for heads of organizations providing powers of attorney to their employees.

Previously, heads of legal entities issued powers of attorney exclusively in paper form; this required certain time and financial costs for transportation costs and office supplies, and there was no possibility of verifying the legitimacy of such powers of attorney.

Now heads of legal entities can easily and safely issue powers of attorney to their employees online by signing an electronic digital signature, which makes interaction within the organization even more efficient, transparent and convenient.

To issue an online power of attorney, the user must:

- log in to the eGov Business mobile application;

- on the main page, go to the “Powers of Attorney” tab and click on “Create a power of attorney”;

- fill in the required fields, click “Create power of attorney” and then click “Sign”.

After signing, the authorized individual receives a notification in the Personal Account of the eGov Mobile application. Further information about the valid power of attorney is stored in the “Digital Documents” section. In turn, the first head of a legal entity has the opportunity to review all previously issued powers of attorney in the “Powers of Attorney” tab of the eGov Business application.

Online power of attorney is a modern and secure way to manage powers of attorney, allowing them to quickly act on behalf of the company.

The service was launched jointly with the Ministry of Justice, MCRIAP and JSC NIT.
