JSC "Center for Development of Labor Resources" (hereinafter referred to as CRDR) launched a new platform "Mansap Compasses". The digital solution provides users with a unique opportunity to study current trends in the labor market, compare the demand for various professions and choose the optimal educational trajectory.

The platform has been analyzing data on the Kazakhstan labor market since 2019, which allows users to assess the dynamics of changes and predict future trends.

One of the features of the project is the analysis of all key job search platforms. This allows users to navigate the most in-demand professions and choose regions with the best working conditions. In addition, the platform provides detailed information on higher education institutions, specialties and opportunities for receiving state grants.

To launch the project, an in-depth analysis of more than 300 of the most common professions requiring higher education has already been conducted. At the next stages, similar work will be carried out on key technical and blue-collar professions, as well as in the field of additional education.

By the end of 2024, it is planned to implement machine learning models for more accurate forecasting and analysis of data on professions.

The portal will have new functionality, such as databases for storing information on professions, educational programs and vacancies, as well as tools for assessing and improving user skills.

“The audience of the Mansap Compasses project includes various categories of people interested in career planning and professional development.At the first stage, these are school graduates and students. For them, the platform can serve as a source of information about in-demand professions, requirements for applicants to universities and opportunities for receiving grants, and will also provide unique information for assessing the prospects of the chosen specialty, searching for internships and future work,” noted Vice President of the CRTR Shalkar Baykulakov.

In addition, the portal will also be useful for people who want to change their profession. It is planned to provide an opportunity to analyze their skills, define new professional goals for themselves and find suitable educational programs.
