The Organization of Turkic States and Otandastar Qory NJSC provide 5 scholarships for tuition-free study in Turkiye under the program "Turkiye Burslari - 2024" for ethnic Kazakhs abroad
- Turkiye Burslari – is the largest Turkish scholarship. A government scholarship program that covers tuition fee, Turkish language course, monthly stipend, health insurance, accommodation, and once-off flight ticket. The students who are eligible for the Turkiye Scholarships and who also do not speak Turkish are granted free Turkish language training for one year.

- Who is eligible for this scholarship?
- – Foreign citizens of Kazakh nationality
- – Undergraduate – under the age of 21 years,
- – Master's degree – under the age of 30 years,
- – PhD programs – under the age of 35,
- – Research programs – under the age of 50.

- During the selection of applications, attention is paid to high academic performance, level of foreign language, volunteering, work experience (for masters) and personal achievements.

- Required documents:
- – A valid identity document, ID card or passport
- – A photograph of the candidate taken within the last 1 year
- – National exam results (if any)
- – Diploma or temporary graduation certificate
- – Transcript
- – International exam results (GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.) if required by the chosen university or program
- – International language test results such as TOEFL, DELF if required by the chosen university or program
- – A proposal for a research topic and a written example of the research you have carried out (only for PhD applications)
- – Other certificates, diplomas and academic achievements.
