Representatives of foreign Kazakh-language media can also participate in the media contest "ALAMAN" upon the suggestion of the Otandastar Qory.

Journalists, bloggers, photographers, and creators of content for social networks are eligible to enter the media contest.

The works participating in the competition must be materials published in the media space of the country (television, print media, Internet, radio).

The competition will run for 6 months until March 1, 2024. At the suggestion of the Otandastar Qory, representatives of foreign Kazakh-language media can also take part.
