At the Palace of Culture and Sports in the city of Orenburg, a grand gala concert was held with the support of the Otandastar Foundation, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Moscow, and the Government of the Orenburg Region. This spectacular event was organized as part of the XVIII Forum for Interregional Development of Kazakhstan and Russia, dedicated to celebrating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two nations.

Congratulatory addresses were delivered by Abzal Saparbekovich, the president of the Otandastar Foundation, who orchestrated the cultural festivities in Orenburg, and Denis Vladimirovich Pasler, the governor of the diverse Orenburg region, who lent his support to philanthropic endeavors and unity. They underscored the enduring strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Russia in economic matters, their close proximity as neighbors in the social realm, and the longstanding solidarity between the two nations in the domain of cultural and humanitarian ties.

An esteemed guest at the concert was Andrey Nikolaevich Khudoleev, the executive secretary of the commission for information support of state national policy on international relations of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation, alongside the leaders of cultural centers representing Azerbaijani and Bashkir nationalities.

The folklore ethnographic ensemble "Sazgen Sazy" and the traditional art theater "Alatau" delivered captivating performances with the gracious support of the Akimat of Almaty.
