We invite ethnic Kazakh youth from 19 to 30 years of age abroad to participate! The forum will bring together young people from the Turkic world to discuss topical issues of the diaspora.

The funds for the road to Baku are on the part of the participants. In addition, expenses (Baku-Shusha transport, excursions, hotel, food) are provided by the host.
