1) within three days-entails a warning;

2) more than three days before the expiration of five days – ten monthly calculation indicators

Entails the imposition of a fine (in the amount of 34,500 tenge) ;

3) more than five days before the expiration of ten days – a fine in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices (51750 tenge).

4. Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of population migration, manifested in the evasion of a foreigner or a stateless person from leaving for a period exceeding ten days after the expiration of the period established by law, entails a fine in the amount of twenty-five monthly calculation indices (86250 tenge) or punishment in the form of administrative expulsion from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
