During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on friendly and partnership relations between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. In order to further strengthen the trust bridge between the two countries and the people's Commonwealth, the importance of the memorandum between the NGO “Otandastar Foundation" and the State Committee for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed in the spring of this year, was discussed.

Summing up the meeting, the parties agreed on the further development of cultural, humanitarian and diaspora ties between the two countries and the establishment of close ties
