In an effort to expand and develop scientific and practical cooperation, the agreement, which is commonly referred to as the "parties", provided for the following areas:

- Mutual exchange of relevant and important information;

- The possibility of joint participation in meetings of national and international character;

- Joint holding of scientific conferences, round tables, seminars;

- Preparation of joint publications and exchange of scientific literature and materials of interest;

- Provision of mutual and joint consultations of specialists and managers on a pre-agreed topic;

- Support of scientific-practical and scientific - expert research;
