On October 23, 2020, the Otandastar Foundation organized an online meeting "Forum Kandastar" with the participation of Kazakhs living in Iran. The main goal of the event is to determine the socio-economic situation of Kazakhs living abroad after the global pandemic and to acquaint compatriots with the favorable investment situation in Kazakhstan.

During the online meeting, Anas Bakkozhaev, chief manager of the department of information support for compatriots of the Otandastar Foundation, called on compatriots abroad to be active both in the field of education, culture, and in the field of entrepreneurship.
