On October 12, a meeting was held with the rector of the university Kainar Omgaip Omarov, the pro-rector Karimbek Kurmanaliev, the vice-president of the Otandastar Foundation Magauiya Sarbasov, the project coordinator Didar Bulat and the manager of the department of support for compatriots Talapbek Tynysbekovich.

The meeting discussed the opportunities for education in Kazakhstan, allocated quota grants and a number of issues that arose during the pandemic. Subsequently, the Otandastar Foundation, together with the Kainar University, agreed on the allocation of special grants for young people of blood.

At the end of the meeting, a Memorandum on bilateral cooperation was signed.
