The World Association of Kazakhs, the Compatriots Fund and the Kazakh Concert jointly organize a concert of Kazakh artists "From the country of the Great Steppe".

This initiative was implemented on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the concert is to preserve national identity through music, provide spiritual support to the Kazakh diaspora, and strengthen ties with compatriots abroad.

The world famous ethno-folklore ensemble "TURAN" will give an online concert on August 22 at 21.00 (Nur-Sultan time). At the concert, the ensemble will perform their best works accompanied by original instruments that have begun to recreate the national musical heritage of the Kazakh people.

Ethno-folk ensemble "TURAN" will present talented multi-instrumentalists, such as Serik Nurmoldaev, Maksat Medeubek, Baurzhan Bekmukhanbetov, Erzhigit Aliyev, Zhantu Dadabaev, who will present the sound of national musical instruments in a new format. The creative team with a ten-year history introduced the world to Kazakh music and gave more than 600 solo concerts in more than 70 foreign countries.
