Ethno-folklore ensemble "TURAN" gave an online concert for compatriots

The capital hosted an online concert of the world-famous ethnofolklore ensemble "TURAN" "Uly dala elini" together with the World Association of Kazakhs, "Otandastar Foundation" and "Kazakhconcert". A spiritual event aimed at reviving the national heritage was dedicated, first of all, to outside compatriots.

The national musical group performed the best compositions to the accompaniment of forgotten original instruments. The purpose of the concert, carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is the preservation of national identity through musical art, spiritual support of the Kazakh diaspora, and strengthening of ties with compatriots abroad.

It is worth noting that the group "TURAN" is one of those ensembles that represent contemporary art in a new format. With a 10-year history, the ensemble has given about 600 concerts in more than 70 foreign countries. The ensemble includes talented instrumental musicians Serik Nurmoldaev, Maksat Medeubek, Bauyrzhan Bekmukhanbetov, Yerigit Aliev, Zhantu Dadabaev The Kazakh people have more than 30 national musical instruments, each of the musicians can play several of them.

"This is a concert in support of our brothers outside. Our main goal is to give such spiritual support to all our compatriots living abroad at such an exciting time in the world, as well as to develop traditions and customs in terms of mastering the Kazakh language. This is the first of our large project. plans to organize two more such wonderful concerts, "- said the vice-president" of the Otandastar Foundation "Magauiya Sarbasov.
