In 2012, the opening of the Kazakh cultural center "Tomiris" in South Korea took place. The center was opened on the voluntary initiative of group members, driven by a sense of pride and love for their homeland.

The main goal of the center is to be a conductor of Kazakh culture and language, national brands, to tell and show Kazakh traditions and customs, the success of the development of Kazakhstan to the Korean people in schools, kindergartens, the adult population at international events, to take an active part in all activities of the international community of Korea and in other countries, to strengthen friendship between the Kazakh and Korean peoples, between other diasporas living in South Korea, as well as to create networks of business houses and cultural centers in other cities of Korea, representatives of which will be Kazakhs who will become conductors of Kazakh culture (Busan, Ansan, Tejon and other cities).
The center plans to provide assistance in promoting Kazakh projects, conclude business contracts, search for partners, and attract tourists. Also, in order to strengthen integration relations with international organizations, the center performs at international festivals, concerts, the celebration of Nauryz meiram in South Korea. The center takes an active part in various competitions, organizes exhibitions, and also cooperates with students studying at Korean universities.
Since 2012, international festivals have been held in cooperation with the society of women emigrants in Korea "Hanguk Tamuna Yesulde". Since 2015, presentations have been held annually in educational institutions of Korea about the culture, history and traditions of the Kazakh people. In 2016, the Center received the Yongyang San Award at the Korea Traditional Food Festival. Also in 2017, they received the Changryo Sang award at an international festival held at the House of Deputies of Korea. In 2018, an international festival was held jointly with the Itaewon mayor's office on behalf of the RK Embassy in Korea.
Thus, the Kazakh center "Tomiris" is trying to participate, as well as hold international festivals to popularize the culture of the historical homeland.
