In connection with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 No. 286 "On measures to ensure socio-economic stability" to the participants of the compulsory social insurance system during a state of emergency and receiving income under civil contracts, the subject of which is the performance of work (provision of services ), the appointment of social payments to these persons is carried out in accordance with subparagraphs 1-5 of paragraph 3 of Chapter 1 and subparagraphs 1-2 of paragraph 12 of Chapter 3 of the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 26, 2020 No. 110 "On approval of the Rules for the implementation of social payments individuals for whom tax agents paid mandatory pension contributions ".

In this regard, persons receiving social benefits can apply for 42,500 tenge in two ways:

1) on behalf of the employer with the application of Appendix No. 2 to this order. These include the persons specified in accordance with subparagraphs 1-5 of paragraph 3 of Chapter 1;

2) on its own behalf:

a) with the application of Appendix No. 3 to this order. These include the persons specified in accordance with subparagraphs 1-5 of paragraph 3 of Chapter 1;

b) with the application of Appendix No. 2 to this order. These include the persons indicated in accordance with subparagraphs 1-2 of paragraph 12 of Chapter 3.

To do this, a citizen must fill in his IIN, the bin number of the employer, his full name and IBAN account in the bank, as well as his E-mail address. Then the public service centers "State Corporation" Government for Citizens "check the application and make a decision. The applicant, in turn, receives the decision via SMS.
