- NJSC "Otandastar Qory" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites ethnic Kazakh youth living abroad to take part in an online competition.
- Stand-up is a type of comedy genre which includes short author's monologues, jokes, improvisations, funny songs, etc.
- – Ethnic Kazakhs living abroad aged 14 to 34 years old can take part in the competition;
- – A participant can speak on any interesting topic;
- – The content of the speech must be original, not copied from anywhere;
- – A participant must speak only in Kazakh;
- – The use of background music during the speech is prohibited;
- – Prohibited topics: foul language, religion, politics, extreme nationalism, racism, etc. irreverent jokes;
- – The video length should not exceed 5 minutes;
- – The video format must be 1920 x 1080p (YouTube format) or shot horizontally;
- – When sending a video, the participant must send the following information in writing: full name, age, country of residence, contact phone number and consent to publish the submitted work on social networks, and it is also necessary to register on the Qazalem portal. Link: https://qazalem.kz/kk.
